1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

3 User Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Suite 188. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

6 Betting Rules

10 Account Termination & Closure

You may close your Suite 188 account at any time by contacting our customer support team at support@suite188.com. Prior to closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided no breach of the Terms has occurred.

Suite 188 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, identity theft, or illegal activity
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe
• Instructions from the relevant authorities
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (prior notice will be sent)
